Digital picture noise reduction with color correction and enhancement. Advanced system for reducing the effects of aging analogue tape and video that has been shot in low light.
Time Base and Tracking Correction
Time Base Correction for reduced video jitter and frame jump. Essential for restoring old video tape suffering from tape stretch and distortion. Tracking error correction due to bad recording or play head alignment.
Teranex SD to HD, Video Tape Transfer
We do not transfer video tape to DVD. Instead we use the latest Teranex processing so we can upscale your Standard Definition video tape to High Definition, 2K or 4K UHD video files using advanced optical scaling algorithms. That means that we achieve the cleanest looking conversions with as much detail and clarity as possible.
Color Correction
Once your video tapes have been digitized our video editor will make vital adjustments to color, tone, contrast and brightness so that the final image will be restored to its original condition…if not better!

Digital Files for Viewing and Editing
Play your videos on any device or if you plan on editing we can provide the best file format for your editing software whether editing in 1080p High Definition or 2K. We no longer transfer video tape to DVD as this format is low quality and outdated.
Tape Repair & Tape Salvage
Video Tape Mould Cleaning
Video tape mould cleaning is a specialized service which must be undertaken prior to video tape transfer to digital file. We have custom built equipment for removing mould from tape and can salvage tape that would be otherwise be unplayable.
8mm / Hi8 / Digital8 Tape De-layering
These tapes are very prone to mould damage which causes the tape layers to stick and break when played. We have custom built equipment which de-layers the tape using a finite tension and wind speed. Once this is done the video tape transfer can be undertaken.
